Summary
The Shift Schedule app does not require registration and does not
send the user’s schedule to the developer’s servers.
Shift schedules, vacations, events, and app settings are stored
locally on the user’s device.
When iCloud Sync is used, this data may also be stored in the user’s
iCloud account and synchronized across their Apple devices.
iCloud Sync
The app may use Apple iCloud to save and synchronize schedule data.
Synchronization is performed through Apple services between devices
using the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled. iCloud data is not
used by the developer for advertising, user profiling, or sale
to third parties.
Data stored and processed through iCloud is also subject to Apple’s
terms of service and privacy policy.
Notifications
The app may use local notifications to remind users about upcoming
shifts and events when notification permission has been granted
in the iOS or iPadOS settings.
Local notifications are created on the device and do not require
the schedule to be sent to the developer’s servers.
Home Screen Widgets
The app may display upcoming shifts and events in a widget
on the iPhone Home Screen.
The widget uses app data available directly on the user’s device.
Data Export
When exporting a schedule, the user independently chooses where
to save or how to share the generated file using the standard
iOS or iPadOS share sheet.
The developer does not receive the contents of exported files
and does not control the sharing method selected by the user.
Analytics and Advertising
The app does not use advertising tracking, does not display
personalized advertising, and does not sell personal data.
Shift schedules, events, and work-hour statistics are not used
for advertising profiles.
Data Storage and Deletion
Local app data is stored on the user’s device. When the app is
deleted, the local copy of the data may be removed by the
operating system.
Data previously synchronized through iCloud may remain in the
user’s iCloud account so it can be restored after reinstalling
the app or synchronized with other devices.
iCloud data is managed through Apple services and the user’s
Apple Account settings.
Website and Support
The website server may automatically store standard technical logs,
including IP addresses, access dates and times, browser information,
and requested pages.
This information may be used for security, error diagnosis,
and maintaining reliable website operation.
When contacting support, the user’s email address, message contents,
and any information voluntarily provided may be processed.
This data is used only to review the request and provide a response.
Third-Party Data Processing
The developer does not sell personal data and does not share
the user’s schedule with advertising companies.
Certain data may be processed by Apple as part of the App Store,
iCloud, iOS, and iPadOS services in accordance with Apple’s terms
and privacy policy.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s functionality
changes or when legal requirements are updated.
The current version of the policy will always be published on this
page. The latest revision date appears at the top of the document.
